What to expect in a session & fees

So what should you expect?

I offer several therapies and can tailor a session to meet your needs  I am happy to discuss what would be the most appropriate  for you however, I tend to use whatever therapy is appropriate in helping you achieve your goal. 

I specialise in overcoming anxiety, stress, boosting confidence and discovering unhelpful, negative family patterns and beliefs that are blocking you from achieving a joyful, happy, fulfilling and abundant life. The existence of these (unconscious) patterns keep you stuck and it is not until you start exploring current anxieties and situations that they are uncovered.

 Feeling Better about Yourself and Life:

Emotional Healing, Stress, Anxiety, Life Coaching, Improving Self Esteem, Confidence or Performance, Work/Relationship Problems, Spiritual Counselling, Phobias 

  Recommended if you are anxious, worried and stressed, suffering from depression, want to dissolve trauma, release negative emotions and feelings, clear family patterns/beliefs and install positive self-empowering beliefs, or want to improve your confidence in a new job or relationship, or improve sports performance.
I use a combination of  techniques:  Reference Point Therapy, Theta Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Quantum Entrainment,  Emotrance, TAT, Flower Essences  - whatever I feel is appropriate. My aim is to discover any negative emotions relating to physical conditions as well as any aspect of your life you are unhappy about. Childhood experiences and family patterns create negative beliefs that affect us unconsciously and they can reveal  themselves in the health of our bodies,  relationship difficulties, problems at work,  financial difficulties, or a specific mental/emotional issue such as anxiety, depression, grief, anger, guilt, fears (flying, dogs),  lack of confidence, low self esteem, rejection, guilt,  resentment, phobias, addictions to food or cigarettes. The techniques I use are designed to take you from where you are now in terms of health and enjoyment of life towards where you would like to be by enabling you to access and optimise your own resources.

 Initial  Consultation in person: £125. Follow-up sessions £60 per hour pro rata

 TELEPHONE and SKYPE SESSIONS for Emotional Therapy

These techniques can be performed over the telephone or Skype with just as much benefit as a personal visit. Prior payment is requested. (They include the PayPal charge.)

Fee   First Consultation 2 hrs      -  £135.00

            Follow-up sessions:       

            1.5 hrs  -  £93.00

            2 hrs    -  £128.00

 Improving Health and Nutrition

The first consultation is around 2 hrs and the fee includes a Heart Rate Variability test that can determine your body's adaptive capability, or Kinesiology Balance.  I will look at your health from all aspects so will ask you about your medical history, dietary habits, as well as any significant emotional traumas and patterns that  have occurred in your life.   My aim is to discover the contributing factors to whatever symptoms you are experiencing and enhance the body's natural process of healing leading you towards greater health and wellbeing. My focus is on enabling your body to detox, be supported and nourished by foods and  adopting practises that encourage healing and health. Our environment and life styles now are so removed from nature and the widespread degeneration in health is a reflection of this. Aspergers, autism, alzheimers, asthma, and cancer for example, have reached levels unheard of 100 years ago and cannot be solely attributed to improved diagnostic methods.

 Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a £25.00 cancellation fee
