One Day Introductory Workshops
These Level 1 Introductory training workshops will enable you to use EFT for yourself, family and friends as a tool to resolve negative emotions such as anxiety, guilt, anger, phobias, depression and cravings. You will also be able to apply EFT to many physical symptoms as well. Level 1 is a pre-requisite for Practitioner training. Suitable for those with no experience in any therapy.


 COURSE CONTENT– LEVEL 1

  • The basic recipe – Learning how to tune in to the issue for clearing and the sequence of    acupuncture points that are tapped.
  •  Short Cuts – How to speed up the process with selective points.
  •  Psychological Reversal – Resolving when there is self sabotage and the energy flow needs to  be corrected
  •  Aspects – How to be specific and work with aspects of the main problem.
  •  Physical problems and pain – How to use EFT to bring relief to physical issues.
  •  Troubling memories - Releasing the emotional charge from events in the past such guilt, anger, grief and sadness.
  • Cravings – Overcoming cravings for foods.
  • Testing – How to ensure that the problem is cleared for good.
  • The Globalisation Effect and the Personal Peace Procedure

 Professional Training

Level 2 Practitioner training is intended for therapists, healers, coaches, counsellors and health care workers wishing to learn powerful new approaches for working with clients. The training course is designed to advance your skills in EFT to a significantly higher level and it will prepare you to practice EFT with confidence and incredible success. (2 days)


 COURSE CONTENT– LEVEL 2

  •   Calibration skills and rapport – developing awareness and flexibility with clients.
  •   Principles from the ‘Palace of Possibilities’ – uncovering limiting beliefs and releasing them.
  •   Empowering affirmations.
  •  Creating Powerful Language.
  •  The Tearless Trauma Technique - ways to bring more gentleness into the EFT procedure and  approach traumatic issues comfortably.
  •  Sneaking up on the problem – ways to avoid painful emotions
  •  Uncovering core issues – powerful questions and language patterns to get to the heart of the problem.
  • Addressing physical issues – how to use EFT for pain and physical issues, including releasing the emotional aspects.
  • Borrowing benefits – delivering EFT to groups.
  • Additional tapping points – learn other meridian points that can be added to aid EFT treatments.
  • How to treat phobias and addictions
  • Failsafes – When EFT appears not to be working effectively.
  • Touch and Breathe – a gentle alternative to tapping the acupoints.
  • Working by telephone – how to use EFT with clients over the telephone.
  • Testing Results – ensuring that problems are fully resolved with a variety of options.

CERTIFICATION

Level 1 - A Certificate of Attendance.

Level 2 - A Practitioner Certificate will be issued by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques on the recommendation of the course tutor and on satisfactory completion of a written assessment and case studies. The assessment is to be completed at home by the attendee and returned to the tutors within 30 days of the date of the course.

Level 3 - Certificate of Attendance valid for 1 year in which time 10 CPDs must be gained to obtain Practitioner Certificate. Thereafter 5 CPDs are required to maintain Level 3 status. (This may be changing due to changes within the AAMET.)
